Because even with love in the room,
you can still feel
alone in the load.

You love your children.

You love your partner.

You love the life you are building.

And still, there are moments in motherhood when the anger feels bigger than you expected.

Not because you do not love your family.

Not because your partner does nothing.

Not because you are ungrateful.

But because even with love in the room, you can still feel alone in the load.

The planning…
The remembering…
The anticipating…
The emotional labour…
The mental tabs always open in your mind…

And then one small thing happens.

Your partner asks where something is, and you snap because your brain is already holding everything.

The bedtime routine falls on you again, even though you are already exhausted.

No one notices what needs to be done until you say it out loud.

And suddenly, the rage rises. Then comes the guilt. The shame. The replaying. The quiet thought:

“Why am I so angry when I love them so much?”

Nothing is wrong with you. You are not broken.

You are overloaded.

A space where your anger is finally understood

  • Not about blaming your children

  • Not about attacking your partner

  • Not about proving anyone is wrong

It is about finally having a space to understand what your anger has been trying to tell you. Because mom rage is rarely just about anger. Sometimes it is resentment from carrying the mental load. Sometimes it is exhaustion from always being needed. Sometimes it is the pain of having support, but still feeling like the manager of everyone’s needs.

Through guided reflection, gentle movement, journaling, honest conversation, creative expression, and symbolic release rituals, you will be invited to explore what is underneath the rage.

You do not have to perform here. You get to be human.

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS REALLY ABOUT

You’ll be gently guided through

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

  • Grounding and gentle movement

To help you arrive in your body and release some of the pressure you have been carrying.

  • Guided meditation and journaling

Supporting moms within a safe judgement free space. Being an empathetic listener and understanding your needs.

  • A symbolic release ritual

To let go of a belief, expectation, or pattern that no longer belongs to you.

  • Honest group conversation

With other mothers who understand the mental load, emotional labour, frustration, resentment, and rage.

  • Creative expression through art

To process what words alone cannot always hold.

  • A closing ritual

To honour what you are releasing and who you are becoming.

This is not about making beautiful art. This is about giving yourself permission to feel what you feel without shame.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, less alone, and more grounded

You’ll begin to understand your anger as information, not a personal failure.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

You’ll have language for what has felt hard to explain, and permission to ask for what you need.

You’ll feel more grounded in your body and less alone in motherhood.

Most of all, you’ll remember: you are not a bad mom. You are an overwhelmed mother who deserves support.

Does this sound like you?

You love your family, but feel exhausted by how much everyone needs from you.

You have support, but still feel like the default parent, planner, manager, and emotional anchor.

You carry resentment, then judge yourself for feeling it.

You are ready to stop shaming your anger and start listening to what it has been trying to tell you.

You are allowed to be
who you are here

You do not have to pretend motherhood only feels beautiful.

You do not have to shrink your feelings to make other people comfortable.

You are allowed to be angry, soft, messy, tender, powerful, and human.

At Rage & Release, your anger is not treated as a flaw. It is treated as a signal.

What mothers are saying

  • “Annalisa held such a powerful space in her Rage & Release workshop. It was one of the safest, most non-judgmental environments I’ve ever experienced. I walked away feeling deeply seen, more connected to myself, and noticeably lighter in my emotions. If you’re craving a space to release, to be yourself, and to feel like you truly belong — I can’t recommend this workshop enough.”

    — Julie

  • “I want to congratulate Annalisa for hosting a great space that is safe and inclusive for women who are mothers. It is not always easy to admit mom rage. I felt invited and comfortable to share my personal story, and it was a nice experience to feel free, doing creative activities and healing at the same time. I would recommend it to others — a must-attend workshop.”

    — Claire

  • “From the moment I met Annalisa, I felt an immediate warmth and calming of my nervous system. She truly knows how to make people feel at ease, which allows for truth and vulnerability to flow freely. The collective energy and beauty in the Rage & Release event was powerful. It was a phenomenal experience from start to finish.”

    — Dahlia
