Release the guilt. Quiet the worry. Reconnect with yourself. 〰️
Journaling in Nature is an in-person outdoor experience for mothers who are carrying too much and craving space to breathe, reflect, and feel like themselves again.
We’ll gather under the trees at Earl Bales Park for grounding, guided journaling, gentle movement and stretching, optional sharing, a letting-go ritual, and a closing gratitude practice.
This is your time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself again.
It is a healing circle in nature for mothers who are ready to feel lighter, more grounded, more connected, and more supported — without having to explain why they’re tired.
Let Mother Nature hold you while you release the guilt, quiet the worry, and reconnect with yourself.
This experience is for you if…
You’ve been moving through motherhood feeling stretched thin, emotionally full, or quietly disconnected from yourself.
You love your family deeply, but sometimes you feel like there’s no space left for you.
You’re tired of holding the mental load, the guilt, the worry, the planning, the remembering, and the pressure to keep everyone okay.
You want a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or pretend you’re fine.
You’re craving quiet reflection, meaningful connection, and a moment to finally hear yourself again.
You don’t need another thing to add to your list.
You need space.
Space to pause.
Space to exhale.
Space to soften.
Space to feel seen.
Space to remember that you matter too.
Together, we’ll move through

We’ll end with a grounding gratitude practice to help you leave feeling lighter, rooted, and connected to what is still good, steady, and true.
WHY NATURE?
Sometimes we need stillness
Because sometimes what mothers need most is not more noise, advice, or pressure. Sometimes we need trees, fresh air, open space, and a place where our bodies can finally soften.
Nature gives mothers something we so often give everyone else: steadiness, softness, space, and a place to land.
In this circle, Mother Nature becomes a quiet witness, holding what feels heavy while you gently return to yourself.
Lighter, more connected, and grounded in your worth
YOU’LL LEAVE FEELING…
Lighter in your body and more emotionally released, seen, and supported.
More connected to yourself and grounded in your worth.
Less alone in what you’ve been carrying.
This is a space to remember that you are not just the one who holds everything together. You are a woman with needs. A woman with a voice. A woman worthy of care, rest, beauty, and belonging.
What to bring & where we’ll gather
Please bring your own journal and pen.
You may also want a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and anything that helps you feel cozy outdoors, such as a blanket, sweater, or yoga mat.
Povided for you: stickers and washi tape for your journal, plus light food.
