This is for the mom who…
Feels like the default parent + emotional caretaker
Snaps, yells, or shuts down… then spirals into guilt
Feels invisible in her partnership / like the load is assumed to be hers
Is overstimulated, exhausted, and tired of pretending she’s fine
Knows she needs support — but doesn’t want to “perform” her healing
This is not trauma bonding.
This is a judgement-free space to speak your truth, release the pressure, and remember you’re not alone.
What you’ll experience
A guided, held space to rest, create, connect, and release — together.
A grounding meditation + gentle sharing circle (invited, never forced)
Art + sensory-based release activities (no “art skills” needed)
Emotional regulation tools you can use in real life (Trigger to Transformation Digital Guide)
A variety of somatic practices to reset your nervous system.
What you’ll leave with
You won’t leave “perfect.”
You’ll leave lighter.
Relief in your body
Less shame, more self-trust
Language for what’s really underneath the rage
Tools to regulate without bypassing your feelings
The reminder: I’m not a bad mom. I’m a human mom.
The kind of connection that makes you feel seen
Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.
Healing happens in community.
FAQ
Do I need to share in the circle?
No. You’ll be invited, never forced. You can participate in the way that feels safest for you.
Is this therapy?
This is a coached, facilitated wellness workshop — not therapy and not a replacement for professional mental health care. It can be deeply healing, and it’s also not clinical treatment.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. Wear something comfortable. Everything else (light bites + refreshments + art materials) is provided.)
What if I’m worried I’ll cry / feel exposed?
That’s normal. This space is designed for tenderness and truth — with consent, boundaries, and care.
Can I come if I’m not an “angry mom”?
Yes. Many moms experience rage as irritability, shutdown, resentment, or feeling constantly on edge. If you’re carrying too much, you belong here.
Can I bring my baby/child?
Unfortunately no, because of the nature of the conversation and activities, it’s a mom only event.
